We are thrilled to have you as part of our Chinqueka Family for next summer. For those enrolling for the first time, welcome and thank you for choosing Chinqueka. For those who are back for another great Chinqueka summer, welcome back and it’s great to see you again.
This is the place to go to get all the information you need – dates & rates, transportation options, forms, payments, etc. We use a system called Camp Minder, which you will have used when you enrolled. This account will be important for you going forward, as it is our camp registration system and links to critical information like your contact numbers/emails, what sessions your child will be attending, status of required forms and payments. Please let us know if you have any problems accessing the information you need.
As camp approaches, we’ll be in frequent contact about items you need to know about – how to contact your camper, ways you can see pictures of your child on our private Facebook page, etc. During the summer, you will get even more frequent communication from us about what’s happening at camp and things you need to know. Chinqueka’s philosophy is that by keeping the lines of communication open, it establishes a deeper sense of trust – something you need to have when you let other people take care of your child.
