Being a boutique camp, our cabins fill up quickly! While we would love to be able to accommodate every camper who applies, due to our high return rate & the number of new families we sign up each year, enrollment this summer is very limited and most sessions/age groups were almost full by November 2018. Returning families are encouraged to enroll early. New camper applications will be processed as soon as they are received. We will try our very best to accommodate every family this summer and can always recommend similar camps if the desired session you want is full. Please enroll as soon as you can, so that you can ensure your daughter has the best summer of her life (and if we don’t have space, we can put you on a waiting list and let you know if/when a spot opens up)!

Our tuition includes all gratuities, laundry, towel service, store account, meals, daily snack & drink and all on camp activities. Please use eCheck debiting from your bank account to keep camp costs low.

Additional options:

  • International Camper Package – $350 (Linen & Trunk Rental, JFK Airport Pick-Up & Drop-Off, toiletries if campers run out)
  • Horseback Riding – $50 per lesson
  • Senior Trip – $350

All sessions start on a Sunday (arrive from 1:30pm to 3pm) and end on a Saturday (arrive 9:30am to 11am). International campers using camp transportation to and from the airport (International Camper Package) must arrange their flights to arrive 12pm to 5pm on the Saturday before their session starts and depart 12pm to 5pm on the Saturday their session ends. 

Families with siblings attending will receive 5% off tuition for each child.

There are no visiting days during the two week sessions.

Registration Information

All registrations must be secured by a deposit. $1,000 for 2 weeks, $1,500 for 4 weeks, $1,750 for 6 weeks, $2,000 for 8 weeks.

The balance of tuition is due on or before May 1. The tuition rates include camp accommodations as described in the brochure, all regular on-camp activities, awards and trips, and items such as laundry, craft materials, daily canteen snack, and one camp T-shirt. Medical costs such as (but not limited to) doctors’ visits, prescriptions, X-Rays, etc., will be billed to the parents or their insurance carrier. An additional charge is made for horseback riding instruction and trail rides. Transportation arrangements to and from camp for campers and their baggage are the responsibility of the parents. Campers may also get a few items of Chinqueka clothing or other camp supplies (soap, toothpaste, stationery, flashlight batteries, postage stamps, etc.) as needed from the camp store – this is included in your camp tuition.

No reduction can be made for late arrival or early departure. The directors reserve the right to sever a camper’s connection with the camp at any time if deemed in the best interest of the other children. No refund can be made for withdrawal or dismissal. In the case of campers who, as a result of accident or illness incurred at camp, are absent from the camp for more than 1 week of their enrolled session, the loss of tuition will be shared with the parents.

Deposits are accepted as a mutually binding token and cannot be refunded after April 1. A processing fee of $250.00 will be deducted from each registration deposit for cancellations prior to April 1. Non-arrival of camper(s) on opening day (of any camp period) without prior notification will result in a 100% forfeiture of tuition. Parents enrolling their children are understood to accept these conditions.

Detailed information pertaining to the opening of camp will be sent to parents early in the spring. Health forms and other key forms are available online after you enroll.
